Access to Excellent Care
Culture at Employer Direct Healthcare
Our Mission
Our mission is to transform access to excellent care. For more than a decade, our team has helped organizations better care for their people with access to the best providers in the nation because we believe that there should not be a trade between affordable care and excellent care.

Our Values
It is a privilege to be in the position we are today, having built a platform that touches over 4 million lives and many more in the future. We also believe that our values and culture in large part is what got us here.
Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
We believe that access to healthcare is an essential need and a human right. We are committed to facilitating equal access to high quality care at fair prices, without regard to age, ability, gender, geography, race, color, sexual orientation, identity, religion or socio-economic status.
As the leader in our space, we understand that being a diverse, equitable and inclusive organization is a key driver of our success, and fosters innovation, growth, creativity, and accountability.

We also believe that to best serve this population, our own team should reflect the diversity of the lives we touch. We celebrate differences of perspective and experience and strive to create an environment that is welcoming to all.
Talent
We will explore all channels to identify, attract and retain a team with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
Culture
We will foster a culture that nurtures and values that which makes us different as much as that with we hold in common.
Impact
We will hold ourselves accountable to these values and beliefs across all areas of our business, and look to make a positive difference both within the company and in the communities we serve.

If he had a different career, Brian would take his skills to the NBA or a European Soccer League where he’d utilize data analytics to evaluate personnel and strategic decisions. Brian is a so-called “sneakerhead” with an extensive Nike and Jordan sneaker collection.

Rachel Vanlandingham
Director, Member Services
We’ve been lucky enough to have Rachel at EDH for several years, seeing her grow and rise through the Member Services department. She said the most useful skill she’s learned has been around building relationships, which helps her better connect with members on a deeper, more trusting level.
Rachel spends ten months out of the year at the baseball fields with her own little slugger. Aside from her son, Rachel’s second passion is reading. Rachel has deep roots back to her small Mississippi hometown, which has shaped much about her, including her taste in foods and music.
