The company’s headquarters will co-locate with that of its majority investor group, Dundon Capital Partners LLC, at 2100 Ross Avenue. The relocation is expected to be completed during the summer of 2016.

In addition, EmployerDirect has named Thomas K. McInerney, Jr. as President, Chief Operating Officer and a member of its Board of Directors.

Mr. McInerney joins EmployerDirect from Centerbridge Partners, L.P., a multi-strategy private investment organization with approximately $25 billion in capital under management, where he served in a senior operations management capacity focused on the firm’s portfolio companies across numerous industries. Mr. McInerney will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the company.

Mrs. Suttle graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and brings over 14 years of extensive experience in the healthcare industry, including coordinating care as a primary Registered Nurse for large, statewide, multi-physician practices.
